गुप्त नवरात्रि में पड़ने वाले हर सोमवार को किसी शिव मंदिर में जाएं और शिवलिंग पर दूध, दही, घी, शहद और शक्कर चढ़ाते हुए शिवलिंग को अच्छी तरह से साफ कर लें। फिर शुद्ध जल शिवलिंग पर चढ़ाकर पूरे मंदिर को झाड़ू लगाकर साफ करें।फिर भगवन भोलेनाथ की चंदन, पुष्प एवं धूप, दीप आदि से उपासना करें| उसके बाद रात्रि के करीब 10 बजे के पश्चात अग्नि प्रज्वलित कर ऊँ नम: शिवाय मंत्र का उच्चारण करते हुए घी से 108 बार भगवन शंकर को आहुति दें| 11 दिनों तक नित्य इसी मंत्र की पांच माला जप भगवान शिव के सम्मुख करते रहें शीघ्र ही मनोकामना पूर्ण होगी और आपको मनचाही दुल्हन मिलेगी|

| उप्र में पारा लुढ़का, ठंड से राहत नहीं लखनऊ| राजधानी लखनऊ सहित उत्तर प्रदेश के ज्यादातर इलाकों में सर्द हवाओं का दौर जारी है, जिससे ठंड से राहत नहीं मिल रही है। रविवार को न्यूनतम तापमान में सात डिग्री सेल्सियस तक की गिरावट दर्ज की गई है।
रविवार सुबह नजीबाबाद सूबे का सबसे ठंडा स्थान रहा, जहां न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से सात डिग्री कम 2.5 डिग्री सेल्सियस था। वहीं राजधानी लखनऊ का न्यूनतम तापमान छह डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया, जो सामान्य से एक डिग्री सेल्सियस कम था।
मौसम विभाग के निदेशक जे.पी.गुप्ता ने बताया, "फिलहाल अगले कुछ दिनों तक लोगों को सर्द हवाओं से निजात मिलने के आसार नहीं हैं। पर्वतीय इलाकों में हिमपात के कारण वहां से आने वाली सर्द हवाएं ठिठुरन पैदा कर रही हैं और तापमान में गिरावट जारी है।"'अग्निपथ' ने पहले ही 25 करोड़ की रिकार्ड कमाई कर इस मामले में 'बॉडीगार्ड' और 'रा वन' जैसी बड़ी फिल्मों को पीछे छोड़ दिया। वर्ष 1990 में बनी 'अग्निपथ' में महानायक अमिताभ बच्चन ने मुख्य किरदार निभाया था। वहीं करण मल्होत्रा के निर्देशन में बनी नई 'अग्निपथ' में ऋतिक रोशन, संजय दत्त, प्रियंका चोपड़ा और ऋषि कपूर अहम भूमिकाओं में हैं।

स्कैग्स स्कूल ऑफ फार्माश्यूटिकल साइंसेज के प्राध्यापक और यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ कोलोराडो कैंसर सेंटर में शोधार्थी राजेश अग्रवाल ने कहा कि यह एक नाटकीय असर है।
विश्वविद्यालय के बयान के मुताबिक अग्रवाल ने कहा है कि कैंसर कोशिकाएं काफी तेजी से बढ़ने वाली कोशिकाएं हैं। जब ऐसी परिस्थिति मिलती है, जिसमें इन कोशिकाओं का तेजी से विकास नहीं हो पाता है, तो वे मर जाती हैं।
